This 1U rack-mount GPON OLT delivers four GPON ports, each offering 2.5 Gbps downstream and 1.25 Gbps upstream throughput, compliant with ITU‑T G.984.x standards. It supports up to 128 ONUs per port or a total of up to 512 ONUs, making it ideal for dense FTTH deployments.

Core Role in GPON and FTTH Networks

Serving as the central service hub, the OLT interfaces between ISPs’ IP backbone and passive optical distribution networks. It allocates bandwidth, manages multiplexing of ONUs, and supports services such as voice, data, and IPTV.
